About Bristol CBT and Psychotherapy

A friendly, down-to-earth therapy practice in central Bristol.

About Bristol CBT and Psychotherapy

Bristol CBT and Psychotherapy has been firmly established in Bristol for over five years. We have helped many people to overcome their difficulties and improve their mental wellbeing.

We have worked together both in the NHS and private practice for over 15 years. During this time, we have supported many people with a variety of problems in both individual and group therapy. In 2020 we decided to bring our private practices together and form Bristol CBT and Psychotherapy.

As a partnership we strongly believe in tailoring our approach to matching your needs. We offer a friendly and down-to-earth approach alongside a safe and supportive environment. We help you to explore your difficulties at your own pace. We understand how important it is to find a therapist who you can connect with and talk to.

We also offer clinical supervision to trainees, accredited practitioners and those in the process of applying for accreditation with the BABCP. We can offer both individual and group supervision.

Our Therapy Room

We can also provide workshops for businesses on stress management and wellbeing.
